Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from your purchase date. After this period, we cannot process full refunds or exchanges.

Return Requirements

Your item needs to meet these conditions for return eligibility:

  • Must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging required
  • No signs of wear or damage from use

We’re happy to process returns, but please don’t continue using items if you notice defects or they don’t meet your expectations. Continued use affects our ability to accept the return.

How to Return Items

Once we receive and inspect your item, you’ll get an email confirming receipt and whether your refund was approved or declined.

Refund Processing

Haven’t seen your refund yet? Here’s what to check:

  • Review your bank account statement again
  • Contact your credit card company – posting can take several business days
  • Check with your bank about processing timeframes
  • Still no refund? Email us at contact@thotslifey.com with your order number

Important: Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds. Sale items are final sale.

Exchanges

We replace items only when they arrive defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, email us at contact@thotslifey.com.

Gift Returns

Marked as gift: You’ll receive store credit for the return value. We’ll mail your gift certificate after processing.

Not marked as gift: The refund goes back to the original purchaser, who will be notified about the return.

Return Shipping

  • You cover return shipping costs. These fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount.
  • Delivery time for exchanges varies by location. For valuable items, consider trackable shipping or insurance for your protection.
